waters. With over 1000 feet of waterfront and its own private lake it is the perfect getaway destination. Caye Winds is 3 floors of modern luxury. . Air Conditioned, with modern kitchen, family room and dining room. With a pool in the front to sit and relax as you soak up the sun and a pool in the back where you can do laps. Beautiful hand crafted furniture and local art gives this villa its unique look.

It has 3 bedrooms with a master den that can be turned into a 4th bedroom if needed.
The master bath has two showers with a fully natural stoned tiled sunken bath with a view of the coy pond. The two upstair showers are modern and elegant

For those days you want to sit back and relax your living room has t.v., dvd player, movies, board games and an Ipod for music. We also provide a cell phone for you to use during
your stay. There is also a hairdryer, iron, ironing table, fully working kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster.

Services Offered

You personal concierge can arrange virtually anything for our guests (fishing, kayaking, diving, snorkeling, parasailing - pretty much anything you could imagine is available). A private chef will prepare your meals, your personal butler is there to prepare your beverages and look after you 24/7, and your personal maid will take care of all
the household duties.

Please inquire about pets. Smoking is not permitted inside the Villa but you are welcome to smoke on any of the decks

We will pick you up at the airport where you will have a welcome drink waiting for you. As your luggage is being brought over to the villa. Your personal concierge will give you a quick tour of San Pedro.
