Description of Surrounding Area
Acapulco is located on the southwestern Pacific Coast of Mexico. With average daily temperatures of 85 degrees F, this paradise; is known for its guaranteed perfect weather with cloudless blue skies from mid-October to June. The summer rainy season is beautiful with lush vegetation fed by late evening rains that come down from the mountains. Acapulco boasts international cuisine in countless restaurants, and a world famous nightclub scene where you can dance until dawn. For active sports enthusiasts, this is paradise at your fingertips.
Description of Vacation Rental Property
With over 100 Exclusive Villas and Condos to choose from, there is quite a variety available. We do have a standard from which we select our properties and that includes air conditioning in all the bedrooms, a view to the Acapulco Bay or the open ocean, a private pool with terrace, a staff of at least three (including cook, maid and houseman) and clean comfortable furnishings. Some homes have gardens, others have large terraces (built on the hills). Some are colonial Mexican and others are modern. We will recommend you the Perfect Property.
Sleeps & # of Bedrooms
We count on homes with three bedrooms and estates with twelve bedrooms available. All homes have a bathroom in each bedroom. We allow two people per bedroom, however some houses can accomodate more for an additional fee. Children under four are free. We also have two and three bedroom condominiums to accomodate smaller groups.
Amenities
With the wide range of houses to choose from, we also have a selection of amenities available. Please be specific if you are interested on Tenis court, Golf course, Pool heated, Beach front, Internet, Stereo, Sky. All our villas count on equipped kitchens, baths for each bedroom, phones, pool, ocean view, fully staffed and many other amenities. We also offer cribs, DVD's extra beds, etc. on rent upon request.
Services Offered
Fully staffed houses mean you return from your vacation with clean clothes, never having to make your bed or cook a meal for the entire duration of your stay. True round the clock service is a rarity only afforded to the rich and famous, but in Acapulco, you can have the same royal treatment!
Restrictions
Most villa owners and the Associations do not permit pets, however we have been able to bend the rule under special circumstances in some villas. Please let us know when you are traveling with pets and small children. Some houses are not safe for children. All villas have open terraces and living rooms and permit smoking, however it is not recommended in the bedrooms.
Rates & Availability
Rates quoted are in USD per night per villa. You can generally assume the average rental to come to $150 USD per bedroom. Season rates vary. Summer is April 15-December 15, Winter January 2-April 14 and Christmas is a two week minimum rental (ranging from) December 16-January 1.Since we are the local contact for most all villas for rent in Acapulco, it is most likely that we can come up with a villa for your group even on short notice.
Other Information
We have a Field Representative that will take care of your group's extra activities and serve as your local liaison during your trip. If you are a travel agent, this is another positive factor knowing your clients will be in good hands during their trip.
Directions
Our reservationists can accomodate airport transfer for your convenience. We recommend being transported in 7 passenger suburbans with a private bilingual chauffer. Reasonable and reliable at $10 USD for airport transfer per person.
Discounts Offered
We welcome travel agents and wholesalers. Discounts may be available for large groups and long term stays.
