Description of Surrounding Area
Located on the edge of the Sonoran Desert only 240 milessouth of Nogales, Arizona. Local activities include: Sightseeing, fishing(depending on the time of year), Whale watching, snorkling/scuba, Kayaking, and Golf. Not to mention just plain relaxing on the beach.

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Condominium unit located at the Condominios Pilar complex. Stucco style construction with tile floors. Grounds well maintained and include pool and tennis courts.
Sleeps & # of Bedrooms
Maximum occupancy of 6 persons. Master bedroom with attached bathroom has a queen size bed, second bedroom has two double size beds. Two Couches in the living room may also sleep one each. (bring your own bedding for the couches).
Amenities
Amenities include: TV/DVD(bring some movies or rent them in San Carlos), stereo, microwave, blender, coffee pot, allkitchen utensils and servingware, refrigerator, pool, tennis courts, charcoal grill, air conditioning, phone available near office.

Rates & Availability
Rates:$120/night regular rate with 5 day minimum rental. Additional charges payable onsite at the time of rental:$10.50/day utility charge$18 one time maid service fee(sorry, no daily maid service)Daily fees are subject to change based on the value of the Peso.Reservations held with a deposit of $120Lead Time: 90 days recommended, all rentals subject to availability.

About 12 of us very active retirees rented condos of different sizes at Pilar and was very, very pleased with the accommodations. Just excellent. The restaurant food was one of the best dinners we had while in San Carlos. The beach is one of the best, much better than Rocky Point and with a nature preserve next door to Pilar, it is very quiet. We saw alot of birds and about a dozen dolphin came right up to us one morning, INCREDIBLE. I would tell anybody, Pilar is very nice and very reasonable to stay.
