Benidorm is just 5km away, with its many kilometeres of clean beaches, nightlife, restaurants, bars and shopping. Alfas del Pi and its resort of Albir is about the same distance. It’s a quieter place with its own cultural centre where there are regular concerts. Altea is 8km from the villa. It’s a town famous for the arts and has superb restaurants, art galleries and a large concert hall. La Nucia, our local town, is a pretty place with a locally famous flea market every Sunday morning. The setting, overlooking nearby Polop town and the mountains is beautiful. And then we are just a few minutes from the much visited Guadalest and the nature trails of the Sierra Aitana.
